🗓️ Meeting Schedule

The Roseau County Mutual Insurance Company Annual Meeting is held on the third Friday of February each year. The company's Board of Directors establishes the exact location and time of the meeting prior to each year's event.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend. The Annual Meeting is open to all policyholders, agents, directors, and company staff.

🏛️ Board of Directors Elections

The Annual Meeting is when eligible members may participate in the election of the Board of Directors, who guide the long-term direction of the company on behalf of all policyholders.

Members seeking nomination for election to the Board of Directors must submit their name in writing to the Board Secretary at least thirty (30) days prior to the annual meeting date.

⚠️ Important: Nominations from the floor for election to the Board of Directors will not be accepted. All nominations must be submitted in writing in advance.
